These lemurs were shot using Kodak Farbwelt 400. I’ve shot Kodak Farbwelt before and those photos turned out better. I’ve also photographed these lemurs on Fuji Superia 100. Those photos also turned out well. This is normal with expired film. As I’ve discussed before, the quality of expired film depends largely on how well it has been stored over the years. And I don’t doubt that some emulsions are better able to withstand heat and moisture than others. But before buying expired film, I recommend you do an image search for photos taken with that film. Some sellers will post photos they’ve shot with that film to show you what you can expect. That being said, individual results will vary.
