Downtown Photo Walk #3

I’ve decided that I quite like the way Dubblefilm Bubblegum 200 renders color. As the Dubblefilm website says, it’s “tinted with sweet tones” from a “pinkish vibe” to “deep magenta in the shadows”. It’s the subtlety of the tones that I appreciate. I don’t want a large color shift, just a pleasing warmth.

Xi’an Muslim Quarter Part 5

Walking around the night market in Xi’an’s Muslim Quarter was a truly amazing experience. I could have wandered the streets for hours if I had had more film with me. These shots all captured the store vendors on their phones. Clearly, they were not as enthralled by the sights as I was.
