This is Pōrangahau Beach in Hawke’s Bay, on the east coast of New Zealand. While I thought it was cool to see a horse on the beach, I wasn’t expecting people to drive their cars and trucks onto the beach. I don’t quite remember, but maybe the parking lot was full?
